South Hams Elite Property Services (SHEPS) is run by myself Elliot, and my partner Caroline, to provide Airbnb/VRBO lettings and property management and associated services to homeowners across the South Hams region.

 

Caroline is local all the way, being born in Salcombe whilst I moved here back in 1984. With a wealth of local knowledge, contacts, tradespeople, and of course a huge passion for the South Hams, we are ideally placed to serve our clients from our base in Kingsbridge.

 

Caroline’s other successful business, Salcombe Elite Babysitting Services (SEBS) is growing year on year, with lots of new and repeat clients using SEBS amazing babysitting and child care event services.. Caroline and her team have been providing childcare and babysitting services for visitors for over 8 years. During her downtime Caroline has a  passion for art and enjoying our beautiful area

We absolutely love where we love and appreciate our beautiful surroundings and. I get out on my kayak as much possible. We also love taking our dogs on wonderful walks around the local area.
